Very nice hotel. Nice design. Comfortable room. Super courtyard where you eat/take a drink. Helpful staff.
Location is near the train station, a bit shady and very dirty. But clean and secured in front of the hotel.

Nicely decorated, hip new property. Superior queen room with the patio, the internet plus the terrace. Overall free and warm breakfast with pastry, a fried egg plus sweets and good service.

The restaurant here was excellent with tasty dishes. the magnificent location is within walking distance of Historic Centre of Naples. - the area is very vibrant. Overall, we had a great time at Palazzo Caracciolo Naples in Naples. the restaurant served delicious food, the location was perfect for exploring the Historic Centre of Naples, and the vibrant atmosphere added to the overall experience.

This hotel was luxurious. The bedrooms were beautiful with lovely linen and rain shower. The courtyard was extremely comfortable and again luxurious. The staff were very attentive. Wish we had eaten in the hotel
The hotel is an oasis in Naples, the surrounding area was quite run down and we did not feel comfortable walking in this area at night.

Very attractive and comfortable rooms and ambiance of the hotel as a whole; the outdoor-lounge of the palazzo, where breakfast is served, is very stylish and a perfect place to relax; outstanding value-for-money (considering that at the time we booked, there were substantial discounts vs standard prices); very strong room service processes (one day, we forgot to take away the "do not clean the room" sign -- we only remarked it around 8.30pm when we returned from the beach -- we quickly switched the sign and left for dinner -- when we returned just a few hours later, room service had done a great job).
No free WLAN; breakfast only served until 10am and buffet no longer refilled after around 9.30; walking distance from/to the ocean and fromt/to modern quarters of Naples are quite long, however, this is largely compensated for by a free shuttle bus service and, more importantly, by the proximity to the charming old town.

The accomodations were very nice and the relation cost/benefits was excellent!
The service at the breakfast was not regular (there was a person very unpolite with the simple demand of a coffee!).

Rooms were very clean. Staff very polite and helpful.
The area around the hotel was a little unnerving. It's a very nice hotel in a seedy neighborhood.

It was in a good and perfect location next to a historic garden. Moreover, it's close to Naples historical centre and churches and restaurants galore.

This was really well priced and we were so happy to see it. We had walked from the train station and couldnt believe the state of the streets and all the run down buildings and we were really worried about what our accomodation was going to be like but it was excellent and a fabalous hotel. It was very interesting looking from the balcony to the contrast in every day life on the streets. The food was excellent and staff were very helpful. excellent location for walking to the best pizza restaurant in naples.
The location was very daunting but we soon relaxed into it.
